The Incredible Anti-Calorizing Macaroon
(and a Workout)

At the end of my post yesterday, I said that today might be the day that I post a recipe for an anti-calorizing macaroon. And when you read that, I'm betting you probably thought it was just me being a wiseass, as I so often am.

But it turns out, there was no wiseassery going on at all.

Yes, today is the day I revolutionize healthy living blogging with the incredible anti-calorizing macaroon:

Just kidding; I'm totally a wiseass. But I mean, what do you expect? I've got a blog but I can't do everything.

The sad reality of life is that if something seems too good to be true... well, it almost always is. Just because you read it on the internet doesn't mean a macaroon-cleanse is going to help you.

Of course, that doesn't mean you should stop eating macaroons. I would never advocate a macaroon-free lifestyle. But just in case you go overboard, I've also included something that is halfway-useful: the anti-macaroon leg workout.

(If you don't know what a hamstring curl is, watch this video.)

Before you ask, yes, I made this up myself. And no, I am not a certified personal trainer or a certified workout coach or certified advice-giver. Basically, if you do this and break your leg, you can't sue me.

But I can guarantee with 95% certainty that this workout will make walking up the stairs hard the next day. And I can also guarantee 83% less guilt when later eating a macaroon. Or two. Or ten.

Whatever, you work out.

Happy Thursday.
